1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Pankaj Telecom, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Service Provision

We provide internet connectivity and related services. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, services are provided "as is" and "as available". Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance.

3. User Obligations

You agree not to use our services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to bandwidth abuse, hacking, or distributing malicious content.

4. Billing and Payment

Services are billed monthly in advance. Failure to pay by the due date may result in temporarily suspended service.

5. Termination

You may cancel your service at any time by giving 30 days' notice. We reserve the right to terminate service for violation of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pankaj Telecom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
